Day ONE: THURSDAY, August 9

Texas Roundup!

Regal Ranch 7-11pm, $35

Experience a Taste of Texas at our Western themed kick-off party. Get your best cowboy/cowgirl costume on for a night of finger licking BBQ and two-stepping. Costume contest: winners will get prizes!

Day TWO: FRIDAY, August 10

Golfing and Skeet Shooting

Greatwood Golf Club 6:30am-12pm & Shooting Range 7-10am, both are pay at door

Get your game on for a great game of golf or practice your aim at the shooting range!

Welcome Picnic

Lost Creek Park 11am-3pm

Relax and enjoy the outdoors as friends, family and fellow Marinduqueños unite together once again since our last reunion. Festivities will include a zesty meal of Cajun style cooking and delicious seafood. Attire: Something comfortable for outdoors!

Marinduque International Cup

Marriott Hotel 7-11pm

This newly created event will consist of a fun & friendly competition to see who can present the most entertaining skit. The trophy cup, awarded to the winners, will be passed along at the next biennial reunion in hopes of making this a tradition. Presentation theme: Your favorite pastime in Marinduque. Attire: Casual Presidents of each chapter will receive guidelines for skit.

Day THREE: Saturday, August 11

MI, Inc. Business Meeting & Election of Officers for 2008-2010

Marriot Hotel meeting room 8:30am-2pm, $10

Our chapters from around the nation will put their master minds together in one room to discuss current projects, announce updates, and plan another successful year. Please Note: Officer Elections for the 2008-2010 term will occur at the Business Meeting. Please signup for this in the registration form if you plan to attend! Attire: Business casual

‘Experience Houston’ Tour

Greater Houston 9am-3pm, $35

For those who are not attending the meeting, enjoy a bus tour around Houston with an opportunity to see city landmarks including: NASA, Medical Center, Downtown Houston, Kemah and more! Attire: Casual

Gala Night

Marriott Hotel Grand Ballroom 6:30pm-12am, $60

This formal evening will highlight the convention & reunion and will consist of a sit-down dinner and program with entertainment. Afterwards, get ready to dance the night away! Attire: Formal
